I recently replaced my 4 tire with Santa Clarita Costco tire location center. I trust Costco blindly and that was the reason I went through Costco. I was called and get appointment on 6th July 2026 at 1:45 pm. I dropped my car at this location and got a call for pickup around 3:30 pm. 1 day later I noticed that one of my car guard rail was broken at passenger side and from photo it was very clear that this happened recent and obviously broken by some sort of force. There is no scratch around and nothing so seems while fetching tire they damaged it. I called the tire center on July 8th and informed them about it. They said come in person and we will have a look. I reached half an hour later and one guy take look and call other. Other guy take a look and calls third guy. This guy said there is no way we broke it so I asked let’s take a look to camera and prove it. He said he will took a look to camera and will confirm. Half an hour later calls me and this time his manager also looks the the situation. The funny part is here they said they checked the camera and couldn’t see anything since there was no clear view but didn’t see any falling item. I let it go anyway since that was not t

Costco usually good but this time they refused to install genuine Toyota TPMS. Forced me to buy their generic sensors. Not what I expect from Costco so not sure I will be buying tires from them again.

My wife showed up on time for the last appointment window of the day. She waits in line patiently for 20 minutes. Customer service doesn't remember when she got there. He wants to go home early and tells her she is 20 minutes late and the appointment is canceled. She speaks to the manager. Manager doesn't want to get in trouble for paying overtime so he completely ignores her. They refuse to listen to her. She drives home on old tires.

Very happy with the friendly service provided by the tire professionals at Costco. I orderd my tires through Costco online and was notified by email when the tires arrived at my local Costco. Made my appointment to install the tires. Call them rather than going into the store. They promised me it would take approximately one and a quarter hours to install all four tires. They were right on the money. I only use Costco when purchasing tires for our cars. The only con is in the waiting room - it's awful. No TV no coffee or vending machines. See attached photo. They do have the food court nextdoor.
